Description: The Smart House (Small, modern affordable residential prototype) Cousin to The SAME house. Clifford O. Reid, Architect http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMQA8ImztCo This is a green project. The house exterior night lighting and interior light fixters would be powered by a bank of rechargeable Litium batteries. The domestic hot water is heated by solar panels on the roof. The heating system is a heat pump. The construction is metal studs and joists.The first prototype will be built in 2010.

What program did you use to create this home? What makes it Smart? I like the curve and straight angle combo, its like something I might have done.
