This is a green project. The house exterior night lighting and interior light fixters would be powered by a bank of rechargeable Litium batteries. The domestic hot water is heated by solar panels on the roof. The heating system is a heat pump. The construction is metal studs and joists. The first prototype will be built in 2010.
