Please understand, THIS DOES NOT AUTO-DETECT SCALE. You have to load each .rfa into your project, then make new view title types for each scale, and for each view manually select the view title that corresponds with its scale. This is not as tedious or error-prone as it sounds, however. Just a few minutes of setup.

You need to use a shared parameter for both the family and the project, and a separate type of grid for the horizontal and the vertical, but it's worth it, in my opinion of course. |

The Revit file is unformatted (colours, fonts, etc as per the image) - the image shown with this object has been formatted in Excel, but xls files arent accepted by Revitcity - so you will have to do your own formatting - sorry about that.

This keynote tag shows as text instead of a number.
I created this tag from a sample I found on a Revit forum and changed it to accommodate my companies needs.
The text in this tag will adjust to the left, right and center with three different length types for left and right.
