Revit 2010 (not RAC 2009) model of ropes strung between bollards.  The distance between the bollards is an instance parameter that can be adjusted in-project.  The height of the bollards can also be adjusted but this does not affect the rope height.

This is modeled after an example of bollards that are used for cosmetic separation only.  They are not representative of a bollard shape or size that is certified to serve any safety-related purpose.All material parameters are adjustable.
