Normally I control materials for imported object by going to object styles, and then the imported categories tab and then I assign a material to the layer from CAD. This model however, only has 2 layers instead of one for frame, one for sheets, one for pillows, etc.....so, How do you control the materials in this family???

Have 3 Materials: one for mattress, second for pillows and the thirth for the wood...

Colin, you are a pain in the butt, I just put here in my "Uploads objects" the second version of this bed, in that you can control 8 different materials.
