Bracket Mounted Fire Extinquisher

This resolves the scale issue with other bracket mounted extinguishers.  Family is not really parametic, but based roughly on the largest cylinder out there @ 8" diameter x 30" tall.  Mounting height is parametric, measure from highest point on handle.
