I feel dumb for asking this, but do I load this as a component? When I try to load it nothing happens and just gives me the previous component I used. If this would work it would totally make my day!!

This object can be found under the windows. It makes sense since it has to cut the wall and be hoested by a wall (like a door or window).

Hope that helps someone from a little frustration.

Portions of this file are not fully parametric.  The void extrusion on the right hand side does not move with the rest of the object.  Moving things around does not totally work yet.  Needs a bit of work, but almost there.

I am completing the mechanical and electrical design on a project and need to R+R the old existing A/C units. I have imported this family into both elec and mech models however I can not find anywhere to place this unit. I know it needs to be hosted by a wall, as its a window, but do not know how to make it work.

Any suggetions would be greatly appreciated.

OK, How do I control two things, the how far it protrudes out the window and how far it sticks out of the wall.
