Covered Parking Structure

Simple line-based covered parking canopy based off of off-the shelf system. Parameters for roof material, structure material, number of columns (all will be equally spaces), and offset of columns left and right from edge of canopy.
This family has some customization, but if you have odd parking stall counts the equal column spacing may not meet your needs.

I have Revit 2018 and I cannot use this because it says that it was created in a later version. Is there a way to get this in 2018 or earllier?
