Undermount sink. Width, Front-to-Back, and Depth dimensions are parametric.Nested faucet family includes modeled vacuum breaker. Gooseneck outlet spread has four built-in types to control dimension. Typical for the industry.
Sink "cuts" the countertop. Match up thickness of cutting void with thickness of top.
Useful for quick presentations of "what the lab looks like". |

Remember to "cut" in project environment. The countertop family, if it is based on the casework template, cuts very nicely.

One warning: Edit the family to lock the mixing faucet to a reference plane. This will keep the faucet at a proper relationship to the back edge of sink opening.
Placement: If you are modeling cabinets underneath the countertop, the sink front should fit within the cabinet, as it does in real life.
