Rain water tank sits beneath topography with a slight rise above the surface for access and 4 connections at the base. I deal for use on small blocks to maximise space.

Material (design is meant to be Poly), Length and width adjustable parameters and i have added pipe connections however i am not HVAC so others may be able to improve on the realistic fitting diameter sizing.
