Parametric. You can change the width and depth of the shelf, and its height off the ground. You can also change how far apart the two wall supports are. 

REVIT 2016 (not 2015)

Note: the elevation constraint measures to the bottom of the support, not the shelf. Make sure the two elevation constraints are the same.
