Last one for the lighting. I've had a couple of options chucked at me with regards to different fittings on a job i'm doing so i thought i'd be kind and share....
This is like all my other light fittings, materials are changable and the pendant drop from ceiling is adjustable.
Face based family.

Beautiful but the pendant only attaches to the wall and not the ceiling. How can i change that?

Hi, this is a face based family so in the top right place on face instead of vertical face when you load it in. This will work
