@fabianitsuj just click on the sculpture then click "edit family" from there you can scale up, probably too late for your project but good info for the future :p

NOTE: Even within the family file this object CANNOT be scaled. It might be because the file was upgraded to Revit 2020 from Revit 2012. You can capture it, but the scale is grayed out once you capture the sculpture. Otherwise it is a really nice looking piece of work.

Actually, it can be scaled, but you MUST be in a 3-d view, not a elevation (side) view. Thanks! This is a really cool sculpture!
