This TV lies flat on the floor plane
Also appears to be an imported DWG (or similar element that can be exploded). Not parametric.

This model will work if you go into the family, under properties select "Family Category and Parameters", Uncheck "Always Vertical" and select "Work Plane Based. Reload into your model and select a work plane.

good lord. i, placing an extreme amount of faith in you, have found that your creation indeed lies flat upon the floor instead of at a 90 degree angle as you promised me! i am extremely upset and will be finding you. watch your back.
