This is a glass sliding door that is installed on the exterior side of the door opening, designed by Foaporte. This is fully adjustable and materials can be changed to ones favor wether it be glass, wood, metal, etc.

This is a fully Parametric Door family I have been working on it for awhile. It has the ability to be solid, half-glass, full glass, and a cased opening. You can control all of this by checking the on/off boxes in the type properties. It has the option for no tim, trim on one side or both sides. Door swing projection is also optional. Make sure that glass width and height have a value even if you are using the solid flush option otherwise family will not work. Enjoy!

Improved parametric hollow metal doors from my post dated August 31, 2011.You can open the "Door Schedule View", switching "Door Type" from #1 thru #4, and watching the door panel changes on 3 D view.You can also check/unckeck "Exterior Door", to swith the "(5) GLASS" from "SG" - safety glass, to "SGI" - safety glass-insulated.If you like it, you can download the door families in  the drawing mentioned above as bases, adding parameters shown here, and creat your own set of parametric door families. This is my first upload so please be gentel.  This is a simple family that allows you to place a shower partition with a curb on 4 sides and glass for the partition, in a room.  You can change a lot,

• Curb Heights - independent on all 4 sides


• Curb depth


• Overall Height


• Overall Width (you should be able to use align and lock to make it stretch.


• 2 - Panel or 3- Panel glass partition


• Each partition door has a 2D 45 degree rep for plan view.


• Each partition configuration allows you to put in two override dimensions that I will try to explain.


• Override Panel Width - If you need one of the panels to be say "6" use this to do that.  When this is set to 0 it should return to equal equal.


• Override Door Width - If you need the door to be a certain width say 30" enter it here.

This model is not foolproof, although I did do a few basics to keep people out of trouble, like a minimum door height and glass thickness.  But if you try to specify a panel override width and a door override width on the 2 panel with the curbs locked to the wall it will probably break.  However if you do that on the 3 panel, the 3rd panel will take up the slack.

Here is a parametric door family in CMU wall with customized door schedule to match our office one.This one can show unequal leafs, different swing angles, lites, glass type on schedule; frame depth and frame setback are all parametric.1. The leaf sizes is "Type" dependant, a pair of 3'-0"/2'-0" x 7'-0", will be shown PR. 3'-0"/2'-0"x7'-0" on schedule. -if you need a pair of 3'-0"/1'-4" x 7'-0" door, you can duplicate 3'-0"/2'-0" x 7'-0", go to "Element Property" cahnge the "Width2" to 1'-4" and rename it accordingly, it will show on schedule.2. The swing angle is an "instance", you can click the door #11, go to "Element Property" change "Swing angle" to 50, it will be changed on plan.3. The lite in active panel has three configurations, and a flush one. -go to door schedule view, under "Door Type" not "(2) DOOR TYPE", for Door # 12, if you change the number to 3, then go to 3D view, you can see the lite changed.4. Type of glass is an "instance", you can un-check the box "Exterior Door" on Door Schedule, the "(5)GLASS" will be changed from SGI to SG. SGI- safety glass insulated, SG-safety glass.5. Frame depth and setback (for masonry wall) are all "Family dependant", since I think that each project should have the same setback, if you want, you can modify  it and make it a "Type" or "Instance" parameter.Then you can go to Sheet A101 to see the print format of the door schedule.
