Nested door having 2 door frames & 4 door panel choice. Wooden frame can be single or double rebate. Most params are Shared Parameters. If you do'nt need ventilator- simply set the vent Ht to zero. Solid flush door can be conveted to stile n rail panel door by using mould thickness. Multi lite door can be 1V x1H to 10v x 4H lites of glass or other solid material. There is a extra frame(2ndry frame)  arroun multi lites, who's width can be zero if you do'nt need it by setting Stile panel offse and rail panel offset to zero. Definately the best bifold door on Revit city!!!. Check it out and tell me if I'm wrong. It is fully parametric.There is a slight problem that need to be rectified.....I'll re-upload as soon as its fixed.

McKeon top coiling fire door with egress pocket door.  The egress door is located in a pocket in the wall and when the system activates, it swings into position and the coiling door drops from above.  This family includes all elements as well as a 'closed' and 'open' position.  It is hosted on a face of a wall, more specifically the back of the pocket where the egress door is in.  Ceiling height and width are instance controlled parameters allowing you to set them specifically for each import.  It includes 2d linework details (copies from McKeon) for both side tracks in plan view and then the coiling mechanism above the ceiling in elevation and section views.

Here is a file to have Door/Window/Gate schedule and associated door panels. the window was using door family template, the chain link fence was using curtain wall with gate.

Change Door tags:1. While placing the door, click “Tags” in the Option Bar,2. In “Loaded Tags And Symbols”, under “Doors” Category, click “Loaded Tags”, then, switch between “Door Tag-AAA”, and “Wdw Tag-AAA”.

To link parameters from a nested family to the host family you will need to do the following.1. Open the host family with the nested inserted.2. Click on the nested family.3. Click “Edit Type” in the Properties.4. The “Type Properties” window will be shown.5. Click the parameter that you want to associate with other parameter.6. Click the little button at the far right of the parameter line you want to change7. Select parameter out of list or click add parameter and recreate the parameter.When the parameter is linked there will be an (=) sign on the little button.

Make sure that the associated parameters are in the same Group, which means Text, or Dimension. If the parameter is a length, then it needs to have a value instead of 0’ 0”.
