A wall-embedded eye wash station with a safety shower mounted through the ceiling. The model is made to adjust in elevation for the eye wash station, shower head height, and ceiling height. The only caviat to this exact model is that the "Elevation" instance property needs to match the "Box Elevation" type property. |

Parametric. You can change the width and depth of the shelf, and its height off the ground. You can also change how far apart the two wall supports are.
REVIT 2016 (not 2015)
Note: the elevation constraint measures to the bottom of the support, not the shelf. Make sure the two elevation constraints are the same. |

This is the original Survey model with new tweaks. Can appear in a schedule (attached). First load your “cad_site.dwg” file into Revit. Find the Civil Control Point & it’s NEE. Go to Manage Menu \ coordinates \ specify coordinates at a point & pick that point, enter the NEE. Now place component Survey Point NEE at that point. You will need to manually input NEE to schedule survey point. There is no way to acquire project data directly into the survey point at this time. You can always use the command "Report Shared Coordinates to ID your coordinates at a point in the project or control point and move it accordingly then re-edit the NEE inputs. The Site Tag is included. |

Simple Transformer. The origin is the bottom center. Similar to transformer thats out of the box. I created an elevation parameter. Many times we have xfmr's hanging to conserve space. Since there isnt a set houskeeping pad size thats ever used I didnt include it. Sketch out an extrusion and make the pad 3". So the elevation of the transformer would be 3". Hope that makes sense. Let me know if it works. Its been tested an no issues that I can see. |

Working with this family:
-Change type to go from Single to Double sided.
-Use the "Right/Left Handed" yes/no toggles to change direction of the flow of pipe.
-In order to have a double wye connection style - Have *both* the "Right/Left Handed" as well as the "Double Sided - Right/Left" toggle on. (Any questions with this feel free to post comments, and i will be happy to answer.)
-Use the "Center of Connection Point & Stand Notches" for the elevation.
*Note* - Available elevation adjustment is: 4.25" - 9.75" |

Nana Wall WA67 Folding Walls. Default types have been created for both interior and exterior door systems ranging from 2-12 panels. Single panel systems must be created independently since this family relies on a system of arrays. User may create duplicate types and customize door panel configurations using the nested detail component. All configurations listed on Nana Wall's website for the WA67 series have been provided. Elevation hinge lines should be drafted manually in elevation as required. |

These is a 2d Post Tension Cable call out and symbols. Below is a list of the files that are used with it. Please let me know if you see something that would make these better.
PT - Post Tension.rfa is the main file. It's the one will use to place your cable. I have 4 Family Types setup in it. It can be easily changed up to do what ever you need.
PT - Force Tag.rfa is the tag that you need to call out the Force on that Cable. There are 2 types setup here. one for Kips Per FT and one for Total Kips.
PT - Text is used to show the height of the cable. PT-text are just symbols you can place them were ever you need them.
PT - Offset End. I made it up so if i need to work around an opening in the slab. It's still in Beta. It will get you around the opening but you are going to have to work for it. I'm hoping to think of a better way to do it later on.
You will also need to add two Parameters to your Shared Parameters. One called FORCE for Discipline Structural and Type of Parameter Force. The other is FORCE PER FOOT for Discipline Structural and Type of Parameter Linear Force. |
