TO PUT A MATERIAL ON THIS FAMILY YOU FIRST NEED TO EDIT THE FAMILY.  THE MEMBERS IN THE FAMILY ARE DIVIDED INTO GROUPS, NEXT EDIT THE GROUP YOU WANT TO ADD A MATERIAL TOO. THEN IN THE GROUP THE SPECIFIC MEMBER IN THIS CASE IS A FAMILY ALSO. EDIT THAT FAMILY. THEN YOU CAN CHANGE THE MATERIAL. DO THIS FOR EACH MEMBER MINOR AND MAJOR.

STEP 1: EDIT FAMILY

STEP 2: EDIT GROUP

STEP 3: EDIT FAMILY OF MEMBER

STEP 4: CHANGE MATERIAL (OR ADD MATERIAL PERAMETER)

OPTIONAL: STEP 5: ADD MATERIAL PERAMETER TO OTHER MATERIAL PERAMETER IN FAMILY

-THE POINT OF DOING THIS IS SO YOU CAN CHANGE THE MATERIAL WITHOUT OPENING THE FAMILY. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BECUASE YOU HAVE A FAMILY IN A FAMILY THEREFORE YOU NEED A PERAMETER ON YOUR PERAMETER TO CHANGE THE MATERIAL WITHOUT EDITING IT MANUALY IN THE FAMILY AS PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED THIS WILL SAVE YOU TIME IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE MATERIAL YOU WANT TO USE AND MAY CHANGE IT IN THE FUTURE

A little parameter modification and I have what I needed. An array of thanks!
