I don't think the levitating guy is such a big deal. I for one know of plenty of clients that can fly, and it is important to protray how they might use the space.

I agree.Ugly people have the exact same rights to be included in a rendering (though I don't concider the levitating guy that pretty ).Promise to include a fat old lady (maybe stich her in photoshop) the next time.

Looks like they erased my last comment. Look, this is a really interesting topic. Imagine plopping a full frontal shot of John Merric right in front of your building. That would distract clients for sure.

but still, even considering the occasional walks-3-to-4-inches-above-the-finished-floor client, it's distracting. Why do you think no short, old, or fat people are included in renderings? Same reason. Though I think they should be included. Sick of seeing the same chick with the purple sweatshirt and the backpack an all cursing renderings.
