It seems that the fire is modeled with a transparent material and lights inside. Cool idea.

yeah i know how i would do that in Max, never seen it done in Revit tho.

I made the fire by creating a light family with a sort of "flame" shape and then I used a semi-transparent image of a real fire over the light family to make it look more realistic.

Very very nice! Only speculation is that the lights above the table seem to be floating. None the less, AWESOME JOB!
