Oh yes u can, this is default settings just u need to make the quality high, and it tooks 1 h 30m by a "Core 2 quad" machine

the render siz was 150 dpi

thanks aminul, then was it a function of material selection and bumps that make this image look so nice or??? bcos i often use the same default settings and i do not get so close. i even use 300dpi at times.....
