The stairs are a system family that I edited to have only 1 stringer and the railing was custom looks alot different to the one you just showed- the balusters are completly different and so is the handrail. Only thing common are the wires. Revit is very restrictive sometimes with stairs unless you make a create in place family so stairs in revit generally will look similar. The point of this render is to show the light well and volume of spaces

Hey tim did you make the open stringer stair family that you can get of the revit website? I just removed the stringer and modified the treads

Actually the baulsters are pretty much the same as mine..What I used was a modified "C" beam No I created the whole thing from scratch.
