Clever background, that fadeout effect brings the architecture to primary level.

Now… can you share the technique used?

Thanks for the comment much appreciated.

The backround image was placed as an enviroment map in the enviroment and effects panel.Made sure process background and enviromental maps was also activated and tweaked the images output settings,mainly increasing the output amount & RGB level to make it slightly brighter.The color map was enabled,used the mono setting and manually made the image lighter by adding a curve point to the line & gradually moving towards the top left corner.
