Description: shot from Kellett House - a block of flats behing the gallery. Facade is composed of rusted car body panels beaten flat then welded to give an appearance of CorTen steel but achieved with a more envirnmentally friendly approach.

Real nice work. And it does not look like a cartoon.

Nice rendering. Question about the rusted metal body parts; what kind of system would trap the run off water from the building to prevent the rust from making it into the soil in and sewers? I think the point of CorTen is to give the rust look without the negative impact of rust on the environment around the building (ie: stained sidewalks, rust introduced to the ecosystem surrounding the building). Just curious if you have considered something in place for that.
