Haha Wireless i guess i could take that into consideration. The Ideas behind the bakery design is that the woodfire oven is to be the hearth of the design (centred on the site on 2 axis).The pedestrians and customers can access and travel in a circular motion around the woodfire representing unity. On a practical side this would draw more customers and allow for an open workflow for the Baker.
