Description: Again, the black and white gives a very clear view of the design and massing with respect to surrounding context.  This project will hopefully be clear of the local Architectural Reveiw Board soon.

Is that just a regular jpg.  How did you get the cars and other things in the foreground? Is it just a background image in the rendering settings? Thats really cool!

I used a simple raytrace rendering with softened shadows, imported the image into photoshop where I cropped around the car to place the project behind it, then used grayscale to make the image mesh together as a whole.  the cropping of the car is a little tedious, but it makes it look so real.  I could probably make the image in Revit if I spent enough time to get the materials on the cars look right, but why spend that time when I already have the skills in photoshop?  You will also spend forever to get the tree shadows  to look "real."
