can you tell me what the lake is its elevation

whats the elevation of you broad and then if its 0' 0" ask mr. platt how are were supposed to build the site up if we have negative numbers

the highest point in my lot is 0'0" so i kind of have a problem so please can you ask mr. platt and then just answer me back please, i really need this

 if the board elevation gets changed to -15'0" i think this will be good for every one.
