you didnt it in very well in the context, looks impractical to me, and what is that thing around the building. be careful when you select materials, but then I guess it your first time....

I agree with Shaun--how do you get the cars up there? What would you do if someone wants to buy or test drive the one on the right, 2nd floor? Good concept design, but very impracticle.
