Sorry to be a kill joy - but a tall building like that seems to have a lift does it not? How is that ecological? If it doesn't, then I stand corrected.

Hi meelio,
The Brain Unit on top of the i-rise is made out of pyramidal photovoltaic panels that produce all the needed energy for the building. The red elevator that you see in this rendering is just using the free and clean energy of the sun…
