This Dome is Constructed using similar materials in all the dome building. You know Airform>Polyurethrean Foam>Metal Rebar>Shotcrete>Integrated Flooring>Finish. Monolithic.com has the answers your looking for.
The Exterior wall is Airform that is covered by Monoprimer and Paint-Silicon based coating. However there are many type of other methods that can be applied to domes exterior finish.
