It is often difficult to do rendered images of in situ buildings when there are lots of trees in the foreground (difficult not impossible) so on projects like this one with smaller budgets one can get reasonable results using other software with one's rendered Revit model for a base. This is what I have done here with photoshop & used the photoshop watercolour option to offer a sketchy appearance. You can see the full story at www.dmbd.net
