if your not using specific sun orientation......, try altidude 175 degress. it also depends on your camera angle, try using a very low camera hieght . eg. 600-1000mm then pan till you find your desired perspective. render at 150-300 dpi high, if not satisfied with results play with the exposure values. practice with small incriments till you arrive at your desired result. hope this helps.
