Description:

This is my project for my desgin 5 class (my last desing class :( ). The building program consited of a mixed-use devlopment in downtown Flint, MI. We had to have 100,000 sqft of retail/entertainment, 50,000 sqft office space, 20,000 sqft office space of UM-Flint, and 30,000 sqft of loft space. 

I chose to name this the Durant Plaza in honor of Billy Durant , the founder of Chevorlet and General Motors, which were both founded in Flint. 

I did the orginal rendering in Revit then I used to photoshop to add in the background and the pastel effect.
