Nice work on the space frame. What are your PC specs? I made a space frame once on my old machine (Dual Core) and it took forever to generate.

The space frame I have made with Rhino-4 and imported it as a SAT file into revit
all the rest of the modeling was done with revit
The space frame can also be done with revit, once you create one cell and then duplicate it.
