can someone please give a tutorial about a decent lighting like this one? What are the lighting values? The settings?

Its hard to say as lighting is really about playing with the settings and the materials used. I had to tweak it here and there. Due to the limited time constraint, I could not place greater emphasis on that aspect but was happy the way this turned out.
