good fun shots of  the framing !

Just a question though....would your Carpenters built the soffitt like that ? or is it a function of the Revit framing extension tool ? If I was going to build the soffit, I would fix a  plate to the wall frame (over the top of a section of wrap) to carry the soffit bearers / soffitt framing, then build and fit the soffit bearers and trim them into the plate rather than nail them onto the side of the studs.  You then nog / dwang between the studs at the soffitt junction (because its cleaner and there is then less chance for water ingress due to the method. Just curious and not meaning to knock the care taken to get this image.
