what were you settings for watts on your can lights, i have to set them very high to have them work with sun. is their new ways ?

My lights were at about 40000 luminens... Quite unrealistic for reality. unfortunately i hold no answer to your question about new ways to light up your interior views while still being able to see outside easily. I would like to know the answer as well.
