Here is the second ever rendering I have had to create.

The client is a public entity that wishes to remodel the space but spend VERY little money.  The original scope included some SCARY VCT layouts and awful wall coverings..... "just because that's all they ever use."  We quickly ditched MOST of the "standar" schemes and created this space.

Not a million dollar, award winning project, but it's one no one else wants to do, fits their budget, still uses one or two of their original selections, but puts them in a better place than they had originally planned it.
