I think its really cool that we've gotten to see this pizza parlor evolve over the past few weeks. I wonder if critical forums like this are really the future of design crits (It would probably be great for someone in a private firm to get a second opinion from collegues)

I think that concept02 is better than concept01.
Try to put a little more color in concept02, maybe the chairs could be red colored as in the first attempt.

The ceiling is very dark, try adding some studio lights at mid level to cast some light upward on it. Studion lights are in the standard Revit library of lights and are orbs of lights you can add to the scene to brighten it up.
JPG images in the frames and well as the table toppers would help add some realism. Use JPG's as decals to accomplish this.
People and plants would also help to soften up and add a sense of scale. Using RPC content for this is what I do: www.archvision.com
