Does anyone else get extremely frustrated with cavity wall junctions refusing to clean up properly? Or is it just me being incredibly dumb? Am I missing something fundemental, can anybody help, it's driving me mad!! I have a cavity wall with various dog legs in it, the returns being less than the wall thickness and in certain locations it just refuses to clean up as it should. (see attached .jpg) I have tried every combination of layer function and core boundary within the wall properties, the 'edit wall joins' command doesn't fix it and neither does dragging the end of the wall to alternative positions! I've even tried varying the wall location line to no effect. I seem to have this problem with every project and usually have to fudge it with 2D drafting! Can anyone please help, I've wasted so much time trying to make this work I might as well have drawn it in AutoCAD, it's driving me crazy, AHHHH!!!
