I have; Floor Plan Keynotes, Elevation Keynotes, and Section Keynotes. I want to have (3) seperate keynote schedules on seperat pages reporting the appropriate keynote family I have set up. . . Please help! Oh yeah I'm still working on Revit 8.1.

Good day John, Are you at all familiar with filtering the keynote schedules? Or have you already tried this and it's not working?

THE FILTERING BOX ONLY BRINGS UP KEYNOTE NUMBER & DESCRIPTION. IF IT LET ME FILTER BY FAMILY IT WOULD BE PERFECT AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FAMILIES.

Put something in the description. Then us it in a filter. call one keynote 'keynotea' and then use the filter to only show keynotes that have 'keynotea' in the description field. There are probably other ways to do this too.

At the bottom of the filter box is a box that say's "Filter by sheet". Check this box and it will only schedule the keynotes you have on that particular sheet. I think that's what you were looking for. Good luck.

Do you have your filter set opposite to what you really want? try switching the contains/does not contain field. This is the first thing that pops into my head.
