Is it possible to not show a room in the room finish schedule? I am working on a plan some else started and I don't want to delete the rooms that they made but I don't want them to show in the schedule. Using Revit 9.1.

if its only a few rooms, just apply a filter to the schedule to remove the names.without knowing more about the situation, it hard to say what the filter criteria would be. HTH
