I have most of the building set. The exterior walls are load bearing masonry. The interior are steel columns, beams and joists. I am trying to set the joists that run from the exterior wall to the interior column/beam. They are sloping. How do I do this? I am having trouble with any structure that needs to be set at an angle. Any ideas?

You need to set the work plane prior to drawing them. Either draw a reference plane at the appropriate angle in elevation or you can use the face of a roof or floor that is already at the correct angle in the correct position.

Not to sound dense....but how do you create the work plane? The Revit "Help" is vague and no books I have explain it.
Thanks!
