Our column grid is not showing up on the level it was created on, however it is showing up on floors above and below that level. We have tried reset and maximize 3d extents, using a scope box, checked to be sure workset is on... we have no clue what else to do. Thanks.

I assume you have checked the Visibility Graphics to see if the grid category is hidden. Also you might check to see if they have been hidden by element. Click on the Lightbulb Icon at the bottom of the screen to check this.

hi, if you go up to the end of the grid does the text 2d pop up. if so simpily click on that text and it will then change to 3D i.e a 2D grid to a 3D grid. Another simple task is to cut a section through that area and make sure that the grids go through those levels. if not drag the grids using the grips below all levels. hope this helps

I ran into the same problem as well... What I did was created a building section. Went in to Section turned on Show Crop Region, maximized the croped area then stretched the grids above the highest level. Hope that helps. Dom

ok, we figured it out, the problem was that the grid was drawn on the wrong workset and that workset was turned off in that view! thanks for all the suggestions
