Morning all, I've never used anything under the "Structure" tab of the modeling bar before today, so I've been trying it out. Making a beam system is easy enough, but I'd like to make a framing plan that just shows the beams and columns/ loadbearing walls (IE no furniture, doors, windows, etc). Do I have to create a new level on the model to do this (one that bisects the beams in section) or is there an easier way? I'm using Revit 2008, btw. Any advice would be appriciated. Thanks!

I wouldn't create a new level just for that. Duplicate an existing view associated with the appropriate level and adjust the view range. In Visibility Graphics, turn everything else off and you should be good to go.
