We have a multiple revit building model that setup to one submittal set. This mean we have to setup our detail sheets in one set with different revti building model. How do we link the a standard detail to the rest of building model. We have assigned a dummy detail in a dummy sheet to create a parametric detail views to tag in the drawing sheet, but we are not sure if this is the right practice in revit. We understand revit is very good in setting up the documents in one revit file, but with multiple building how do you set it up?

Hi, Import standard details into a drafting view. arrainge the drafting views on a standard sheet. Then save as a template, to use on future projects. On existing projects, either export the standard detail sheet from the template and import in to any project, or link the detail sheet. Blending Multiple buildings is a different topic, and would suggest that each building is a seperate file, which are all linked to a new composite. Be warned of file size limitations when doing this task. Hopfully this answers your question.
