Im scared to try 3D Max. It seem overwhelming! Any advice on how to get started? I downloaded the trial version to see if its the way we want to go with our renders.

well don't be so much afraid of 3ds Max its very nice software which can be helpful to you for rendering various architectural models, i do the same, i model the structure in Revit & than render it in 3ds max which gives me better results than what i render in revit. so just go for it, will be helpful to you.
