Using REVIT 2008 to create a precast panelized wall. each panel is like a egg crate on the interior side.

See drawing attached, that is the section in plan and section. the panels are 3'-6" by 3'-6" hollowed out as per the dwg.

I am looking for a way to define one panel and then apply it a panelized curtain wall definition. Any suggestions on how to create one panel family, so far i have been hitting dead ends, thanks.
