Using revit arc 08 Is there a way to adjust the ballester panel widths, I am attempting to create a stair rail with 42" glass panels, but only found 24" in my library, thanks

Open your baluster family and make a new family type (on left side of the screen), name it 48", reset your default width to 48". load it into your project and change your baluster in your railing to your new width. Railings are one of those places that you can't just hit "edit family" to change them, you have to change each component's family and load them each to make your new railing in your family. Best of luck.
