so i know that revit's text editing capabilities leave much to be desired, but i am in a bit of a quandry. i'm attempting to manually format our specifications. my problem is, depending at what level of zoom i am at, when i try to edit, the whole thing gets thrown off, and my tabs for indentations move up or over and leave a giant space in my sentence, rather than just text wrapping. then, when i deselect the text box, the location of the tabs move again and overlap text over text. its making me crazy! any ideas on making this less frustrating!? it would be VERY much appreciated.

Don't do it in REVIT. Do it in something else and export to an image file and import that.
